How fast is rank delivery?
Ranks are delivered automatically within 1–5 minutes after purchase. If your rank does not activate, reconnect to the server or run the rank-check command.
Can I upgrade my rank later?
Yes — you only pay the difference between your current rank and the new one. Upgrading never costs more than buying the higher rank outright.
Are rank perks permanent?
All rank perks are permanent and tied to your Minecraft account. They never expire and are available across all game modes on the server.
Do ranks work on all game modes?
Yes — your rank and its perks are active across every game mode on the Minecraft Club network, including survival, skyblock, and minigames.
What if I did not receive my rank?
First, reconnect to the server. If the rank still does not appear after 10 minutes, open a support ticket with your nickname and order ID.
