How fast do I receive my perks?
All perks are delivered automatically within 1–5 minutes after a successful payment. If your items do not appear, reconnect to the server. Still missing? Open a support ticket with your order details.
Can I upgrade my rank later?
Yes — you only pay the difference between your current rank and the new one. Upgrading never costs more than buying the higher rank outright. All previous perks are kept.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and various local payment methods depending on your region. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted gateways.
Is my payment information secure?
