What can I buy in the store?
You can purchase premium ranks, crates, and in-game perks for your Minecraft Club account.
Are purchases recurring?
Most products are one-time purchases. If a product renews automatically, that information is shown clearly on its product page and during checkout.
Which currency is used?
All prices are displayed in the currency shown in the store and in your order summary before you place the order.
Delivery
How are items delivered?
Items are delivered automatically to the Minecraft nickname entered at checkout after the order is successfully processed.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is normally instant. During server maintenance or high load, processing can take a few minutes.
What if I entered the wrong nickname?
Contact support as soon as possible and include your order number and the correct Minecraft nickname.
Account & support
Do I need an account to place an order?
You can enter your email address and Minecraft nickname during checkout. Creating an account also lets you review your previous orders in one place.
Where can I see my orders?
Open My Account and select Orders. You will see your order number, status, date, and total.
What information should I send to support?
Send your order number, email address, Minecraft nickname, and a short description of the problem. Never send your password.
